Please watch for any new information on the club notice board on a regular basis. Please add swimmers names to the board before the competition cut off dates in order to help the coaches prepare for events.

Please ensure swimmers are arriving at the pool in plenty of time to be at the poolside for their training session. Coaches give up their own time for training and find it encouraging if swimmers are arriving at the pool on time.

Fill Juice bottles for your children to prevent dehydration during training sessions.

The club are always looking for volunteers to help out at the poolside on a Wednesday night so if you could give up a little time then please let a member of the coaching staff know. Joyce would also like names of people who may be able to help out taking early morning training for 'A squad'

Club bags, caps etc. are available to buy on club nights and the club encourages children entering competitions to wear these items of clothing. A club costume has been delivered from the suppliers, please ask at the desk on a Wednesday night if you wish to purchase one.

At the club AGM the price was set for club membership as follows.
Seven Years & Under	£25.75
Ten Years & Under	£32.00
Eleven Years & Over (During 2004)	£40.10
3rd swimmer in a family 10 yrs & Under	£12.00
3rd swimmer in a family 11 yrs & Over	£20.10
Adult Non Swimming Member	£14.25
This covers the fees we have to pay to the Scottish Amateur Swimming Association, for every member of the club to be registered and ensure they are covered by the SASA Insurance.
In addition to the above charges swimmers must pay a £1 entry fee every club night. This is collected in 10 week block bookings.

When traveling around the country with your swimmer, you can apply for a "Beefeater Family Card" which entitles the holder to a 20% discount at Travel Inn's.
